Just back from 3 weeks in Mexico, where I visited Villahermosa, Patanos de Centla, Palenque, Yakshilan, Bonampak, Tonina, San Cristobal de las Casas, San Juan Jumilla, Zinancatan, Comitan Domingues, Lagunas de Montebello, Tuxtla Gutierrez, Canyon de Sumidero, Mexico City, Ixtapan de la Sal, Totolapan, Yecapixtla & Tlayacapan - to name but a few. Oh and Xochimilco as well. Shot 27 rolls of colour film, mainly Porta 120 & 22 rolls of assorted b&w. All shot with either my holga 120Ns, Holga 120 PAN and my Photon. Highlights - watching Howler Monkeys howling in Yakshilan and seeing Mayan murals in Bonampak - kindly illuminated by film crew photographing them. One of the photographers was an avid Holga fan to boot! Now to start processing! Replenished my film stocks by buying 100 rolls of Portra 120 160 and 25 rolls of Portra 120 400. That should last me a while!

Brownie 127 Camera
I recently bought a Brownie 127 camera on Ebay for a couple of pounds. Loaded with Efke 127 film, these are some shots taken during a walk along the River Lea after the recent snow fall. Many of the negatives had light leaks and the numbers from the backing paper were burnt onto many images. The camera is light proof but the inside of the camera was nice and shiny so I can only imagine light was reflecting off the back of the camera and back onto the negatives. I have since flocked the inside of the camera so hopefully this will fix the problem. You can see the full set here.
